Wamakko hosts newly employed officers into Nigerian Correctional Service

The Chairman Senate Committee on Defense Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko has Charged newly employed officers into Nigerian Correctional Service to adhere to the rules and regulations governing the service for a better Nigeria.

The Senator was speaking on Monday at his Gawon Nama residence in Sokoto when he received officers of NCS who are from Sokoto and just passed out as new intake.

Senator Wamakko, according to a statement by his media aide Bashar Abubakar, called on them to work hard and ensure justice to all Inmates who are serving their jailed terms.

He said there should be equal treatment between the Inmates and no harassment or molestation.

He prayed Allah to guide and protect them as they are going into the new affairs which is serving their fatherland.

The officers numbering thirty were largely helped by Senator Wamakko to get employed into the service.
