Kaduna Electric has announced areas that will experience power outage as the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) carries out annual preventive maintenance at Mando Transmission Station.
This is contained in a statement by Kaduna Electric’s Head, Corporate Communication AbdulAzeez Abdullahi on Friday.
“We wish to inform our esteemed customers in Poly Quarters, Gwamna Road, Government House, Badikko, Mashi Road, Kaduna Polytechnic, Leventis, Sardauna Crescent, Central Market„ Tudun Wada, Kigo Road, Constitution Road, KASU, Tafawa Balewa Way, Doctors Quarters, Babban Saura, Marafa Estate, Kabala Costain, Karji, Narayi, Barnawa, Gwari Avenue, Kakuri, Nasarawa, Romi, Agwa, Kudenda, KRPC, Mahuta, Sabon Tasha, Gonin Gora, Gwari Avenue, Unguwan Yelwa, Buwaya, Olam and Hybrid Feeds that there will be interruption of power supply to their communities on Saturday 17th of July, 2021 from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
“The outage is to enable TCN team carry out Annual Preventive Maintenance at Mando Transmission Station.
Supply shall be restored to the affected communities as soon as TCN team are done with the work.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.”
