The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso approved the appointment of spokespersons for his campaign council.
The spokespersons are former member of the House of Representatives Abdulmumini Jibrin and Barrister Ladipo Johnson.
Kwankwaso, who made the announcement on his Twitter handle on Wednesday, said “I have approved the appointment of Hon Abdulmumin Jibrin and Barr. Ladipo Johnson as spokespersons for my campaign council.
“I have no doubt that the duo will use their wealth of experience in communications and vast networks to deliver on our mandate for a New Nigeria.”
Dateline Nigeria reports that Jibrin was an All Progressive Congress member who previously represented Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency of Kano State.
Ladipo Johnson, on the other hand, is a former governorship aspirant and briefly served as running mate to Kwankwaso before the former Kano governor replaced him with Isaac Idahosa, a Bishop.
