The Kaduna State House of Assembly has confirmed Umma Yusuf Aboki as new Commissioner for Planning and Budget.
Aboki replaces Muhammad Sani Abdullahi (Dattijo), who resigned recently to run for Kaduna State Governor in the 2023 elections.
She was, until her confirmation on Tuesday at the chambers of KSHA, Lugard Hall Kaduna, the Permanent Secretary of the commission.
Responding to Umma Aboki’s confirmation by the assembly, the erstwhile commissioner said, “Congratulations Umma Yusuf Aboki, an excellent choice. Thank you for your partnership, support and dedication. Wish you the best at Planning and Budget Commission, Kaduna.”
