Sheikh Bala Lau said the directive is for all mosques owned by the group and other Ahlus Sunnah mosques across the country, adding that all places of learning should also offer special prayers for Almighty Allah to have mercy on the people by bringing insecurity to an end.

“Women at home should also hearken to this directive by praying for peace. If we do this with the best of intentions, we believe Almighty Allah will put a stop to the activities of terrorists and their sponsors, and there will be peace in troubled areas,” he said.

The Izala leader also said the directive is to be started immediately.
