El-Rufai marks 60th birthday, presents book ‘These Times’

Kaduna State Governor Malam Nasir el-Rufai has marked his 60th birthday at an event attended by political, traditional and business leaders in Kaduna. The governor also formally presented to the public two volumes of These Times, a compilation of his newspaper columns and speeches.
