The Executive Director/CEO of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) Dr Faisal Shuaib on Wednesday deployed a team of medical staff from the agency to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Operation Centre.
This, according to the agency, is to support ongoing efforts by the Federal Government to manage and control the spread of COVID-19.
In the same vein, the agency has also provided vehicles to support the National COVID-19 response.
Dateline Nigeria reports that already the Federal Government has concluded plans to release N6.5bn to the disease control centre as intervention to fight the COVID-19.
