The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ambassador Zubairu Dada has expressed shock over the sudden death of the Commissioner representing Niger State and FCT in the National Population Commission, NPC, Barrister Aliyu Datti in the early hours of today.
Ambassador Zubairu Dada in a condolence message said the death of the late Magayakin Minna after a brief illness was a great loss not only to his family, Minna Emirate and Niger State but the entire country at large.
He described the late Aliyu Datti as a consumate administrator, leader and good Representative of the people who always dedicated his time and resources to the service of the people.
While commiserating with the Emir of Minna Dr. Umar Farooq Ahmadu Bahago over the irreplaceable loss, Ambassador Dada prayed to God to grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest and his family the fortitude to bear this huge loss.
