Zulum opens health centre in Kawuri village Konduga

…visits Gwoza Emirate, Bans Youth Thuggery

Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, accompanied by Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume, on Friday commissioned healthcare centre in Kawuri village of Konduga LGA and later proceeded to Gwoza.

Borno state government has banned political thuggery in gwoza local government and environs this was disclosed by governor Babagana Umara zulum, when he paid a courtesy call to the Emir of gwoza at his palace as part of his official visit to the local government to this end the governor called on youth and their political sponsors to shun all forms of thuggery henceforth or will be dealt with accordingly.

The had while expressing his appreciation for the warm reception accorded him by the royal father informed him that his visit to the local government is to give food support to the people distribute cash to SMSE visit the two secondary and primary schools to ensure full academic program and to visit the general hospital to ensure effective and efficient health care services to the people the Emir of gwoza, Alhaji Muhammadu Shehu Idrisa Timta, thanked the governor for the visit and appreciate the governor’s efforts in executing developmental project in his domain and assured his loyalty and that of his subjects to the present administration and as a father, he will continue to give fatherly advise to government.

Earlier the chairman gwoza local government Professor Ibrarhim Bulama thank the governor for the visit and called on the people to rally round the present administration to reap more dividend of democracy.

The Governor was accompanied by Members of National and the state Assembly, Members of the state Executive council, Local government Executive chairmen, SSA, SA, Gwoza Stakeholders among others
