A housewife has been accused of killing her three stepchildren by putting poison in their tea in Yobe State.
A son and two daughters are also receiving treatment at the hospital.
The incident happened in Potiskum Local Government Area of the state.
The suspect has been arrested by the police who have since commenced investigation, according to the BBC.
The husband and father of the slain children, Alhaji Haruna, confirmed the incident, saying they have reported the matter to the relevant authorities for necessary action.
