A former Nigerian Senator Saidu Umar Kumo has died in Abuja after a brief illness.
Kumo, a Nigerian politician, died at a medical facility in Gwagwala, Abuja where he was receiving treatment.
Born in 1959, Kumo was elected Senator for the Gombe Central Constituency under the then All Peoples party (APP) which later became the All NIgeria People’s Party (ANPP).
