Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on behalf of President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, attended the Inauguration of President Yoweri Museveni at the Kololo Independence Grounds in Kampala, Uganda.
Museveni, who won a reelection recently, came to power on the back of an armed uprising in 1986, and has remained the leader since then.
