The Noble prophet said:
عن خالد بن معدان يرفعه: «إن الله تبارك وتعالى رفيق يحب الرفق ويرضى به ويعين عليه ما لا يعين على العنف» رواه مالك في الموطأ. وعَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِىِّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قَالَ: «يَا عَائِشَةُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ وَيُعْطِى عَلَى الرِّفْقِ مَا لاَ يُعْطِى عَلَى الْعُنْفِ وَمَا لاَ يُعْطِى عَلَى مَا سِوَاهُ.» متفق عليه.
In Al-Muwatta – Narrated by Yahya al-Laithi (2/979): On the authority of Khalid bin Ma’adan, he raised it: “that Allah, the Blessed and Exalted be He, is compassionate who loves gentleness and is satisfied with it and Helps with it what He does not help with violence” and also from Aisha, the wife of the Prophet -peace be upon him – that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: «O Aisha, God loves kindness and compassion, He gives through it what is not given to violence and what is not given to something else». Narrated by Al-Buhari and Muslim.
The nomadic Fulani are victims of our collective negligence. They are presently held hostage by a minor group of bandits who commit heinous crimes and hide behind the silent majority capitalizing on their educational backwardness and apathy towards constituted authority from long-term abandonment and marginalization.
Our recent experience has proven to us, their willingness to change to civility, adopt education, and fight crimes among themselves.

Allah said:
{مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ أَضْعَافًا كَثِيرَةً وَاللَّهُ يَقْبِضُ وَيَبْسُطُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ} [البقرة: 245]
“Who is it that will offer up unto Allah a goodly loan, which He will amply repay, with manifold increase? For, God takes away, and He gives abundantly; and it is unto Him that you shall be brought back.”
