The National Assembly has shifted its date of resumption by two weeks.
A letter on Saturday by the Acting Clerk of the National Assembly Ojo Olatunde Amos said the lawmakers will now resume on Tuesday September 29th, 2020 instead of September 15.
“This is to inflrm all distinguished Senators and Honourable members of the National Assembly, that the resumption of Plenary sessions earlier scheduled for Tuesday, 15th September 2020 is hereby rescheduled for Tuesday 29th September 2020.
“We regret any inconveniences caused by this change of date,” the acting clerk said in the letter.
