The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN has paid a condolence visit to the families of Late President Shehu Shagari over the death of Hajiya Hadiza Shehu Shagari.
This was made known by Dr. Umar Jibrilu Gwandu, Special Assistant on Media and Public Relations, Office of the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice in a statement issued to newsmen weekend.

According to the statement, Malami who was in Sokoto at the residence of the late President Shehu Shagari on Friday described the late widow, Hajiya Hadiza Shehu Shagari as woman of integrity whose virtues will ever be remembered.
He prayed Allah to grant eternal rest to the deceased and give the families the fortitude to bear the loss.
Responding the representative of the family who received the Minister at the residence Alhaji Ahmad Shehu Shagari thanked the Minister for his care and concern demonstrated through condolence visit to the family.
