The power outage currently being experienced in Kebbi South, Kebbi State is as a result of collapse of Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) tower, Kaduna Electric has said.
This is contained in an “Update on the Power Outage in Kebbi South” issued by the electricity distribution company on Wednesday.

In the update addressed to customers, Kaduna Electric said “We once again sincerely apologise to our customers in Yauri, Koko, Ngaski, Wara, Bagudu and Zuru who have endured several days
without power supply.
:As we noted earlier, the loss of supply was as a result of the collapse of the TCN tower.
“The attached photos show TCN team working to fix the collapsed tower so that power can be restored.
“We deeply regret all inconviniences.”
