First Lady Aisha Buhari has lost her stepmother this evening.
Hajiya Maryam Ahmed (Goggo Song), the mother of Dujiman Adamawa Musa Halilu Ahmed, died after a brief illness.
She had earlier been admitted at a hospital in Kaduna, before she was transferred to Abuja, preparatory to flying her out, family sources told Dateline Nigeria.
Her janaza (funeral prayers) will hold tomorrow Sunday at the National Mosque Abuja.
