The Bauchi State candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) Senator Halliru Dauda Jika has said that there are indications that he will win the governorship election of the state.
Senator Jika said this after casting his vote in his constituency at Buri 2 Women Center Kafin Madaki in Ganjuwa Local Government Area of the state.
He congratulated the electoral commission INEC for the way there has been a change in the management of work quickly.
He said that a few minutes were enough for him to identify a person until he cast his vote, that’s why he hoped that the election would be completed safely.
Also, he expressed his satisfaction with the way people came out to vote during the governorship and state assembly elections that were held.
