President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday received in audience the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Adams Oshiomhole, a day after a High Court in Abuja ordered his suspension.
This is even a Federal High Court in Kano issued an interim order halting the Oshiomhole’s suspension.
Justice A. Lewis-Allagoa has asked parties involved to “maintain the status quo ante bellum” pending the court’s final decision.
One Aliyu Rabiu had asked the court to stop the APC and INEC from effecting Oshiomhole’s suspension as ruled by the Abuja court.
The embattled Oshiomhole, while speaking with State House correspondents, accused a serving minister and some governors of working against him. He however did not mention any name.
