Kaduna State Governor Nasiru El-Rufai has declared the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) President Comrade Ayuba Wabba and other Labour leaders wanted.
Wabba on Monday led striking workers in Kaduna State on a mass action where they shut Kaduna State Government Ministries and Departments, including hospitals. The unions had also cut electricity and fuel supply to Kaduna and grounded the Abuja-Kaduna train service over what they termed El-Rufai’s anti-labour policies.
El-Rufai, in a tweet on Tuesday, said Wabba and others are wanted for economic sabotage and attacks on public infrastructure under Miscellaneous Offences Act.
“Anyone that knows where he (Wabba) is hiding should send a message to Kaduna State Ministry of Justice. There will be a handsome reward!” He tweeted.
