El-Rufai appoints Mubarak Ladan new DG of KADRUWASSA

Governor Nasir El-Rufai has approved the appointment of Mubarak Shehu Ladan as the new Director General of Kaduna State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (KADRUWASSA).

Ladan replaced Eng Ahmed Munir who was recently elected to represent Lere Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

Dateline Nigeria reports that Mubarak Shehu Ladan, before his appointment, served as Technical Assistant to the Minister of Water Resources Engr. Suleiman H. Adamu.

Ladan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Coventry University UK, and a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Management from the same institution.

Similarly, Governor El-Rufai has approved the appointment of Musa Mohammed as Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Kaduna State Power Supply Company (KAPSCO).

KAPSCO is the official body charged with increasing access to electricity in Kaduna through alternative power supply to off-grid communities.

The Secretary to the Kaduna State Government Balarabe Abbas Lawal who conveyed the appointments said they take effect from September 7, 2021.

The SSG also urged the new appointees to bring their wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of their duties.
