The Department of State Security (DSS) in Kano said it neither arrested nor invited Salihu Tanko Yakasai, a media aide to Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
Family members said on social media that Yakasai went missing around 5pm on Friday, after hitting at the Buhari Administration over the kidnap of schoolgirls in Zamfara State.
The DSS State Director Muhammad Alhassan, according to Leadership newspaper, denied arresting or even inviting Yakasai.
When contracted, Alhassan debunked the insinuations that they have arrested Yakasai insisting that they had never even invited him or know his whereabouts.
