The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said that 466 new confirmed cases of coronavirus and three deaths were recorded in the country on Friday, September 10, 2021.
The 466 new cases are reported from 13 states- Lagos (134), Rivers (82), Edo (69), Gombe (39), FCT (32), Kaduna (21), Plateau (20), Benue (19), Kwara (17), Delta (16), Akwa Ibom (10), Bayelsa (5) and Kano (2).
“A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
“Till date, 198239 cases have been confirmed, 185780 cases have been discharged and 2588 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory,” it said
