Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court Abuja has adjourned the hearing on an application by former chairman of Pension Reform Task Team Abdulrasheed Maina for variation of his bail conditions.
The judge adjourned the hearing to tomorrow January 14.
Maina has failed to meet the bail conditions earlier set by the judge which included a bail in the sum of N1 billion, two sureties who must be serving senators not facing any criminal trial in the country and have landed property in Maitama or Asokoro in Abuja.
The two sureties must be ready to deposit N500 million bond each and attend court with Maina on each adjourned date.
Maina is facing money laundering charges.
