There is tension Bukur, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State as a result of communal clash in the area.
Residents of the area told the BBC Hausa that security agents have been drafted to the area to restore normalcy, as youth from the warring factions threw stones at each other.
Spokesman of the Plateau State Police Command Uba Gabriel said he has not received report of the clash but will find out.
The clash is reportedly between the Hausa community and other ethnic groups in the area who accused each other of starting the violence.
