Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Senate President Bukola Saraki, former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have congratulated Sokoto State Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal on his 55th birthday.
In his message, Atiku said “A very hearty birthday greeting to amiable Governor Aminu Tambuwal.
“The celebration of your birthday is significant because it is a simple way of appreciating your service to the people of Sokoto State and the invaluable roles you play as a patriot.
“I pray the Almighty Allah grants you longer life and good health.”
Saraki in his message said “I wish my dear brother and friend, Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State a very Happy Birthday!
“As we all celebrate with you today, I pray that Almighty Allah continues to grant you wisdom and good health.”
Obi said “I celebrate you, my brother, Governor Aminu Tambuwal on your 55th birthday. This is wishing you more strength and God’s blessings in the service of the great people of Sokoto State.”
In its own message, the PDP extolled Tambuwql, who is also the Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum, Chairman of PDP Governors’ Forum and former Speaker of the House of Representatives.
“Governor Tambuwal is an outstanding nationalist, democrat and excellent administrator, who has continued to demonstrate an unmatched patriotism and commitment towards the stability and growth of our dear nation as well as our great party, the PDP.
“The PDP is particularly proud of Governor Tambuwal for his selflessness in service leading to his excellent performance as the Speaker of the House of Representatives and now as governor of Sokoto state.”
