ASUU Strike: Don Jazzy pleads for a quick resolution

Award winning Nigerian producer and musician, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known by his stage name Don Jazzy has called on the Federal Government, ASUU and other stakeholders to act.

In a tweet sent from his verified handle, Don Jazzy quoted an African proverb saying, “When two elephants fight, it’s the grass that gets trampled.”

He explained that the two elephants are ASUU and the Federal Government, while students are the grass that gets trampled – at the receiving end.

Don Jazzy said the strike action is “a very bad situation.”

He ended by pleading with stakeholders not to allow the strike to linger.

“Stakeholders should pls try as much as possible not to let this strike action linger.
