Al-Istiqama University Sumaila, a private institution located in Sumaila Local Government Area of Kano State, has listed ways less privileged students can benefit from the Aminu Dantata scholarship.
The renowned tycoon had in March this year awarded 4-year full scholarships to 100 less-privileged students to study different courses at the newly established Al-Istiqama University, Sumaila.
Dantata, who disclosed this when the founder of the University Abdurrahman Kawu Sumaila led the school management to pay him a courtesy visit, said the scholarships were part of his contribution to address educational challenges in the society.
The newly established Al-Istiqama University has Prof. Salisu Shehu as its pioneer Vice Chancellor.

The statement added that interested students must have 2020 JAMB/UMTE results and have a score of 160 and above.
It said application closes on Sunday June 20, 2021.
