98-year-old woman, 25 others recover from Covid-19 in Lagos

A 98-year-old has recovered from coronavirus in Lagos after receiving treatment at one of thw state’s isolation centres, according to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Disclosing the development on Wednesday, Sanwo-Olu said the “oldest #COVID19 patient in Lagos” was discharged along with 25 others: 13 males and 12 females.

This has brought the “total of our successfully managed and discharged patients to 528”, the governor added.

As of Wednesday, May 13, Lagos tops the list of Nigerian states with coronavirus infections, accounting for 2,041 of the 4,971 recorded cases.
