Kadpoly fires lecturer over sexual harassment

A lecturer with Kaduna Polytechnic, Engr. Danjuma Alhassan, has been sacked by the management of the higher institution for allegedly harassing a female student.

The Governing Council ‎of the Polytechnic had at its 91st regular meeting held on 30th January, 2020 ‎ of Kaduna Polytechnic approved the termination of Alhassan’s appointment.

This was contained in a letter released on Friday, January 31, 2020 and signed by ‎Samuel Y. Obochi, ‎Deputy Registrar, Information & Protocol‎ on behalf of the Registrar‎.

Alhassan is a former Head of Department, Civil Engineering, at the institution.
