Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, on Monday, vacated his seat to a 14-year-old girl, Aisha katagum, as part of activities marking 2021 International Day of the Girl Child (IDGC) in Bauchi State.
The 14-year-old was mandated to serve as acting governor for some minute and she anticipated to make policy pronouncements.
The ceremony tagged “Girls Take over Governance” was facilitated by UNICEF in concert with Donor partners, Civil Society Group in the state.
